CHAPTER 4. KITTITAS COUNTY PROFILE <br />4-11 <br />– Structures or facilities that produce, use, or store highly volatile, flammable, explosive, <br />toxic, and/or water-reactive materials. <br />Figure 4-3 shows the location of critical facilities in unincorporated areas of the county. Critical facilities <br />within the cities participating in this plan are shown in maps for each city provided in Volume 2 of the plan. <br />Due to the sensitivity of this information, a detailed list of facilities is not provided. The list is on file with <br />each planning partner. Figure 4-3 provides a summary of the general types of critical facilities in each <br />municipality and unincorporated county areas. All critical facilities were analyzed for exposure to all <br />hazards to help rank risk and identify mitigation actions. The risk assessment for each hazard discusses <br />critical facilities with regard to that hazard. <br /> Figure 4-3. Kittitas County Critical Facilities <br />
