The proposed development appears to place property boundaries next to steep slopes which <br />may exceed 33.3% slope. All buildings placed near these slopes may require special geo- <br />technical and structural engineering when exceeding the setback limitations in the International <br />Residential Code. <br /> <br />2. All construction of buildings and garages shall conform to the International Building Codes and <br />the International Residential Codes adopted at the time of building permit submittal.
