• The above rates do not include cost of venues, interpreters, alternative formats for <br />documents or other accommodation costs, the cost of supplying food, refreshments <br />or supplies to participants in a training or technical assistance. These expenses will <br />be negotiated and proposed in addition to training and technical assistance hourly or <br />daily rates. <br />• An all-inclusive rate per day of training up to 50 people may be negotiated on a case <br />by case basis. <br />Third Party Brokering Services: <br />A 15% Brokering Fee will be charged on any third-party invoice brokered through Wise . <br />For any contracts brokered that exceed $35,000 in a fiscal year the Brokering Fee will <br />then be reduced to 10%. <br />The Brokering Fee includes the development of the subcontract, contract compliance <br />monitoring, insurance, fiscal oversight, auditing services, fiscal reporting to the <br />contractor and IRS. <br />Third party consultants may be brokered within the Wise rate range per hour unless <br />otherwise approved by the Executive Director, and/or the funder. <br />Professional Services Agreement Amendment No.1 <br />Page 4
