BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2019 - <br />TO DECLARE EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND <br />EQUIPMENT SURPLUS NOT TO THE COUNTY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZE <br />DISPOSAL <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund has the following used <br />equipment, which is surplus not to the County's needs and to dispose of: <br />E.R. & R. #4 2013 Ford Explorer <br />VIN #IFM5K8B88DGA46945 <br />E.R. & R. #315 2007 Caterpillar 308C Excavator <br />VIN #CAT0308CLKCX02091 <br />E.R. & R. #188 2006 Sterling Dump Truck <br />VIN #2FZHAZDE46AV76832 <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works recommends that Kittitas County dispose of said <br />equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby declare the above named <br />equipment surplus not to the county's needs, and authorizes the Director of Public Works to <br />dispose of said equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />DATED this 20th day of August, 2019. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
