B. PRELIMINARY APPROVAL CONDITIONS (Res. No. 2010-013) ANALYSIS FINDING <br />B.l <br />B.2 On-site stormwater management that conforms to the specifications of the Stormwater Management Satisfied <br />Manual for Eastern Washington (2004) is required of this development. A conceptual stormwater plan was <br />submitted with the preliminary devel opment plan showing potential locations for stormwater <br />systems. Structures of stormwater systems shall not be placed within identified wetlands or in areas where Conceptual layout provided in exhibits 3 and 4 appear to meet the <br />cultural resources are known to exist.
