Resolution: <br />Yes.to amend,all the signatories must sign.So if there is a holdout (or two),either <br />the existing agreement remains in force,or those that wish to do something <br />different can get out of the old agreement and enter into a new one more to their <br />liking.That new agreement would not include the entity that disagreed with the <br />change.
