Modify Ridge Pan Cover equal to 16'-0"on both ends of opening. 4.EW Column Layout Our Client would prefer to reduce the column count at both endwalls.Estimating please modify endwall column layout.The ideal layout typical at endwalls is: 25',3T,38',38',3T,25' IF the desired endwall column layout is feasible,please proceed with SBS modifications. 5.Roof Bracing The Client has proposed to use retractable canvas screens between main frames and EW columns. The open area is designated as open to wind wl future covering. Estimating:does this allow for a reduction in continuous rod bracing at the roof(s)? 6.Skylight (by others) Estimating:please deduct roof panels for a 260'x38'pre-engineered symmetrical ridge skylight,by others. Estimating Notes 06/27/16 1)Lean-to's have been adjusted to the correct dimensions.high side column and high sidewall bracing will be removed and frames will attach as typical lean-tos to main building endwall columns. ----->adjusted lean-to frame spacing to 25ft bays and removed 2 bays,but was unable remove enough to match column spacing requested in notes above due to purlin limitations with high snow. 2)Material added for hip frames and roof structure at each of the 4 corners 3)260'X38'area of panel and purlins deducÏed for skylight at ridge(aprox 19ft at either side of ridge),note there will still be a strut purlin at ridge that will be visible in skylight area.Beams have been priced to support skylight on either side located aprox 19ft from ridge. 4)See model for bracing locations(can be adjusted to different bays if needed) 5)Per conversation minimum roof snow load was changed to 110psf 6)Material included for suppon of scoreboard at each endwall,weight was assumed at approx 1200lbs or less,actual weight to be confirmed by builder. 7)Support beams on all walls priced to support canvas screens.Note attachment of screens at support beam and floor are not by Star. 8)Due to special hipped configuration of roof design,all roof panels &flashing provided by Star must be field cut,beveled,and fit to be water tight by the erector at the job site as required by Star Drawings. 9)The builder is responsible to review the accuracy of this quote confirmation as to what materials are being provided and what is or is not included in the pricing.Star is not responsible for the quote complying with or exceeding any architectural plans and specifications.Compliance is the sole responsibility of the builder.
