AMENDMENT TO SMALL-SCALE-CAP IT AL-PROJECT-L T-2017-04-CLE ELUM GRANT AGREEMENT This Amendment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2019 , is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and the City of Cle Elum ("Contractor") The County and Contractor agree as follo~s: That the Lodging Tax Small-Scale Capital Improvement Grant Agreement (Small- Scale-Capital-Project-L T-2017-04-Cle Elum) ("Agreement") previously entered between the parties for a two year period ending August 1, 2019 is amended pursuant to Section 9 b. of that Agreement. The purpose of this Amendment and Amended Proposed Budget is to allow for changes in the Scope of Work in the Original Proposed Budget for that Grant for the below described period. No additional sums are by this Amendment granted, obligated or otherwise promised . The balance of amount of the Grant provided by the original document remaining after allocation, approval or other obligation of the funds pursuant to the terms of the original Agreement is the sole fiscal obligation of the County . All terms, conditions, attachments, documents and exhibits as described in the original Grant are incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if set forth herein . The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2019, and continue until August 1, 2019. Any party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph.
