All outdoor lighting shall be shielded and directed downward to minimize the effect to <br />nearby residential properties. <br /> b. All wetlands and wetland buffers shall be shown on the face of the final large lot plat and <br />final development plan. <br /> <br />Satisfied: <br />B.56 The record will remain open so that the Kittitas County Department of Community Development may <br />contact the affected school district and obtain their comments and proposed mitigation measures.
