The applicant’s plan for domestic water is to expand the existing Hidden Valley Guest Ranch water system, public water system ID# 326485, to be able to serve the future homes. Water rights have been applied for. Additionally, the plan states that multiple community septic systems will be used and permitted by Kittitas County Public Health Department, and eventually the septic systems will become a Class A, Reclaimed Water Facility.
