The original PUD and Rezone were submitted in 2007 and as such shall be vested with the <br />code at the time. Some of you may recall completing an initial review of this back in June of 2018. <br />Many changes were necessary and the applicant just recently resubmitted on March 12. I have <br />attached the pertinent code sections and a conditions matrix (this is just to help your review). You <br />do not need to fill this in. Please provide comments in written format. I have also attached the <br />comments each department submitted in June 2018 to refresh your memories. Below is a link to the <br />original (June 2018) Final development Plan file. Please be advised the new submittal materials, <br />which should include the requested changes (where applicable), are located in the folder labeled <br />“March 2019 Submittals for Final Review.” Please send any comments by April 15, 2019 at 5pm.
