Review Initial request: Good Afternoon, Our office received a Special Event application from the WestStar Team Roping Series, to be held on the following days May 18; June 1, 22; July 13, 27; August 10, 16- 17, 28; September 14, 2019. 1 will be placing this request on the July 2, 2019 Commissioner Agenda for the Board's consideration. Please submit your departments recommendation to me no later than June 20, 2019 by noon. If there are still outstanding issues, please indicate those in writing as well. For specific questions regarding the event I would ask that you contact the applicant directly. Please note that they are already into their series... I believe they think the application is primarily for their big event on 8/28/2019 (Labor day weekend). Thank you!
