BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE BIG BOULDER CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />(PROJECT NO. RC1595/CRP NO. 296-18) <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Big Boulder Creek <br />Bridge Replacement Project (Project No. RC1595/CRP No. 296-18) <br />contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on June 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Three (3) bids were received for the prescribed work.
