DISTRICT retains the right to <br />subcontract any portion or portions of the work as it deems necessary to complete the work. <br />THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY <br />Both COUNTY and the DISTRICT agree that they intend for the Conservation <br />Commission to be a third party beneficiary of this agreement. The parties agree that this <br />agreement implements the VSP, in whole or in part, under the COUNTY’S agreement with <br />the Commission and so obligations under this agreement run directly to the Commission <br />as a third party beneficiary. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT <br />Each party shall assign a specific individual to be responsible for and shall be the contact <br />person for all communications and billings regarding the performance of this Agreement.
