The aesthetic merits of any combination of exterior materials are subject to review and approval by the DRC in order to maintain the architectural consistency of the visual experience at Suncadia. Site and Landscape Design on individually owned homes sites will confonn to the plans submitted to and approved by the DRC prior to site construction and or landscape installation.
