2. The Committee should work with appropriate agencies with expertise to insure a <br />stormwater management program, which protects property from damage from run-off <br />while at the same time preserving natural drainage systems is developed and implemented. <br />3. The Committee, in consultation with County agencies, the Sewer and Water District and the <br />Fire District, should consider an impact fee program to ensure that new development <br />contributes its fair share to finance the construction and maintenance of required capital <br />facilities. <br />4. The Committee should work with Puget Power to ensure a reliable source of electrical <br />power for the Pass. <br />5. The Committee should encourage the use of fiber optic telecommunication facilities at the <br />Pass <br />Kittitas County <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />December 2016
