The CDA Committee should continue the effort to further develop design guidelines for the <br />village or activity centers, including securing funding for such work when possible. The design <br />effort should involve the community and all other interested parties. <br />2. The CDA Committee, in conjunction with the EDLU Committee, should continue to develop <br />general design guidelines which present desired architectural features considered to be <br />consistent with alpine or Cascadian design. Written design guidelines should be accompanied <br />by visual aids to make clear what the community desires .
