Pumped septage shall be hauled <br />directly to the Ryegrass Septage Lagoons for final disposal. <br />C-55 (Intentionally deleted) <br />C-56 The following Condition is necessary to mitigate impacts related to equestrian wastes. <br />The applicant shall not send equestrian wastes through the County owned transfer stations. <br />Used bedding and horse manure shall be disposed of in accordance with WAC 246-203 and <br />Board of Health Ordinance # 1999-01. All such materials shall be hauled off-site for <br />disposal. <br />C-57 Trendwest shall ensure that all solid waste generated from resort properties is handled in <br />accordance with Kittitas County Board of Health Regulations 99-01 or as amended regarding <br />solid waste. <br />Housing. The EIS discusses adverse impacts to housing and identifies mitigation measures that <br />should be implemented. Pursuant to Kittitas County SEPA Ordinance Section 15.04.200, <br />Comprehensive Plan Policy 2.205 and Policies 3.1-3.20, the following mitigation measures will <br />be required. <br />C-58 Trendwest shall develop and implement a program to mitigate MPR housing impacts, as <br />described below. The program shall include a combination of activities that will provide and/or <br />encourage the development of housing to address the demand created by the MPR. <br />Direct Actions <br />C-59 Monitoring Program. The applicant -- in cooperation with Kittitas County, and the cities <br />of Cle Elum, South Cle Elum, Roslyn, Kittitas and Ellensburg — shall establish a monitoring <br />program. The program will compile public and private information about population, <br />employment, housing, land supply and development activity.
