Such reports shall be submitted at <br />the end of Year 1, Year 3, Year 5, Year 7, Year 10, and thereafter in 5 -year increments until full <br />buildout. The Conditions herein shall be modified, as appropriate, to reflect changes in MPR <br />construction plans or operations that result in significant modifications to expected revenues and <br />costs. <br />Law Enforcement <br />C-31 The applicant shall establish an in-house security -EMS -fire response force that provides <br />24-hour, service on site. <br />C-32 The applicant shall provide private security personnel, vehicles, and equipment on or near <br />the Trendwest Property to serve the Resort. Prior to the issuance of the final certificate of <br />occupancy for the Suncadia Lodge, the applicant shall provide facilities to Fire District #7 as set <br />forth in C-36 and consistent with County Resolution 2007-11. The applicant shall provide space <br />on-site, or in the immediate vicinity, to the Washington State Patrol and Kittitas County Sheriff <br />for a "substation" and for storage of emergency equipment (such as snow machines and a boat) <br />on a schedule and at location(s) to be agreed upon by the applicant, the Washington State Patrol <br />and the Kittitas County Sheriff. The applicant shall provide funding to Kittcom according to the <br />Cooperative Agreement dated June 8, 2000 as attached to these Conditions. <br />C-33 (intentionally deleted) <br />C-34 (Intentionally deleted) <br />C-35 Deleted. <br />Fire Protection <br />C-36 The applicant shall establish an in-house, multi -service security/fire/EMS unit, <br />appropriately trained and equipped to respond as an initial -attack fire force. The persons in this <br />unit shall be affiliated to each parent organization. Fire District No. 7 and the applicant have <br />entered into an agreement dated July 25, 2006, as approved by the County under Resolution <br />2007-11, which shall govern the obligations of each. KCHD #2 will require the affiliation to an <br />EMS service within Kittitas County to allow pre -hospital care as directed by the Medical <br />Program Director. <br />C-37 All principal MPR structures with assembly, business, mercantile, residential, storage, and <br />mixed use occupancies, shall be equipped with automatic fire sprinkler systems designed and <br />installed in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The Kittitas County Fire Marshal <br />shall determine whether additional buildings, not described previously, shall also be required to <br />be sprinklered. <br />C-38 Trendwest shall establish suitable operating protocols with KITTCOM, the County <br />Sheriffs Office, and the Washington State Patrol, the Kittitas County Search and Rescue <br />Council, and the Roslyn and Cie Elum Police Departments, concerning the pathway for <br />automatic alarms, telephoned alarms, dispatch, radio transmission and related issues relating to <br />MPR emergencies.
