Approved General Site Pians and Site Development Plans which include <br />deviations from the MountainStar Resort Conceptual Master Plan shall be deemed to have <br />amended such Conceptual Master Plan to the extent of such deviations. <br />(g) Submittal Requirements for General Site Plan. A proposed General <br />Site Plan shall include the following: <br />(l) A vicinity map showing the planning area and its relationship to <br />surrounding areas; <br />(2) A map of the applicable site drawn to an appropriate scale <br />depicting the following: <br />(i) Arrangement of land uses by type (Master Planned Resort <br />Accommodation Units, including Short -Term Visitor Accommodation Units. Visitor -Oriented <br />Amenities, Developed On -Site Recreational Facilities. Open Space and other Permitted and <br />Conditionally Permitted Uses); <br />Recreational Facilities; <br />(ii) Elevation contours at intervals appropriate for site terrain; <br />(iii) The location and type of any Developed On -Site <br />(iv) The location of Open Space areas; and <br />(v) The general location of road right-of-ways. <br />(3) A statement identifying any deviation(s) between such plan and the <br />MountainStar Conceptual Master Plan or the Development Agreement; <br />(4) Any appropriate environmental documentation; and <br />Suncadia Master Planned Resort Devek>pment Agreement (Amended and Restated 12-02-2009) Page 39 <br />
