The effective date of the amendments <br />contained in this Agreement shall be the date first above written. <br />1.2 Term. The term referenced in this Agreement (the "Term") shall commence <br />upon the Effective Date and continue for a period of thirty (30) years, ending October 9, 2030. <br />The date of this Agreement shall have no effect on the Term. <br />1.3 Review and Modification. Trendwest and the County shall review the terms of <br />this Agreement within two (2) years from the Effective Date and every five (5) years thereafter <br />to consider possible amendments thereto. This Agreement may be modified, extended or <br />terminated upon the written agreement of Trendwest and the County. <br />Section 2. DEFINITIONS <br />Unless the context requires a different meaning, any term or phrase used in this <br />Agreement that has its first letter capitalized shall have that meaning given to it by this <br />Agreement. Certain such terms and phrases are defined below; others are defined where they <br />appear in the text of this Agreement, including its Exhibits. <br />"Affected Jurisdiction or Public Body" shall mean a public entity whose public service <br />facilities are impacted by the development of MountainStar. As of the Effective Date, Affected <br />.Jurisdictions and Public Bodies to which this Agreement applies are as follows: Kittitas County, <br />Kittitas County Sheriff, the City of Cie Elum, the City of Roslyn, the Town of South Cie Elum, <br />the Consolidated Communications Agency for Kittitas County (KITTCOM), Kittitas County Fire <br />Protection District No. 7, the Cie Elum-Roslyn School District, Hospital District No. 2 and the <br />Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
