<br />(l) The preparing, approving, or failing to
<br />prspare or approve, maps, shop
<br />drawings, opinions, repods, surveys,
<br />field orders, ctrange orders or drawings
<br />and specifications; or
<br />B) Supervisory, ¡nspection, architedural or
<br />en gin eerin g a ctivilies.
<br />This exclusion applies even if the claims
<br />ag ain st an a dditiona I in sured alleg e
<br />negligence or. other wrongdoin.g .in the
<br />supervision, hiring, employment, training or
<br />monitoring of others by that insured, if the
<br />"occuffence" which caused the "bodily
<br />injuryf or "pr,openy damage", or the offense
<br />whidr caused the "personal and advertising
<br />injurt'', involved the rendering of or failure to
<br />render any professional services by you with
<br />resped to your pnoviding engineering,
<br />ardtilecturäl or suNeying seruices in your
<br />capac,ity as an enginee¡ architect or

<br />Seclion ll - Yttlro ls An lnsured is amended to
<br />include as an additional insured any state or
<br />govemmental agency or subdivision or political
<br />subdivision with whom you have agreed in a wdtten
<br />contrad, executed prior to loss, to name âs an
<br />additional insured, subject to the following provision:
<br />1. This insurance applies only with respect to the
<br />following hazards for which the s{ate or
<br />govemmsntal agenqy or subdivision or political
<br />subdivision has issued a permit or authorization
<br />in connedion with premises you own, rent or
<br />control a nd to which th is in su ran ce a pplies:
<br />l. The existence, ma inten ance, lepa ir,
<br />construction, eredion or rem oval of
<br />advertising signs, awnings, canopies, cellar
<br />Ðnlmnces, coal holes, driveways, manholes,
<br />marquees, hoist away opanings, sidewalk
<br />vaulls, street banners or dscorations and
<br />similar êxposu res; ûr
<br />b. The construclion, eredion or removal of
<br />elevatçrs; or
<br />c. The ownership, maintenancê or use of any
<br />elevatons covered by th is insuran ce.
<br />Howevel
<br />r. Tha insurance afforded to such addilional
<br />insured onI applies to the extent permitted
<br />by law; and
<br />b. lf covêri¡ge prov¡ded to the additional
<br />insured is requir*d by a contract or
<br />agrocment, the insurance afforded to suclt
<br />additional insured will not be broader lhen
<br />that which you are required by the contrad
<br />or agrsement to provide for such additional
<br />insured.
<br />2. With respecl to the insurance afiorded to thsse
<br />additional insureds, the following is added to
<br />Scction il- Limits Of lnsurence :
<br />lf coverage pnovided to the additional insured is
<br />required by a contract or agreÊment, the most
<br />we will pay on beha lf of the a dd ition al in sured is:
<br />r. The minimum amount required by the
<br />contrad or a greementi or
<br />b. The Limits of lnsurance shown in the
<br />Dedarations;
<br />whichever is less.
<br />This endorsement shall not increasa the
<br />applicable Limits of lnsurance shown in the
<br />Dedarations.
<br />3. With respect to the insurance afiorded to these
