KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: June 4, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Ratify the Chair's <br />Signature on Community Rating System CC -230 <br />Verification FEMA FORM 086-0-35A <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Public Works recently submitted a required <br />Community Rating System (CRS) form, verifying <br />compliance with the CRS program. The form required the <br />signature of the Chair and Commissioner Wright signed on <br />behalf of the County. <br />The Board of County Commissioners is now requested to <br />ratify the Chair's signature. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Ratify the Chair's signature on <br />CRS CC -230 Verification FEMA FORM 086-0-35A. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Community Rating System CC -230 <br />Verification FEMA FORM 086-0-35A <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
