BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />AMENDING COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND 108 <br />POLICY NUMBER 2018-01 <br />WHEREAS: The Council of Governments (COG) adopted policies governing the Public <br />Facilities Fund 108 grant process in 2018; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners jointly signed the Council <br />of Governments Public Facilities Fund 108 Grant policies with Resolution 2018- <br />087 (05-29-2018); and <br />WHEREAS: The Council of Governments recently amended COG Policy Number 2018-01 and <br />that amendment now requires Board of County Commissioner concurrence; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Board signature on Kittitas County Council of <br />Governments Public Facilities Fund 108 Policy Number 2018-01, Amendment Number 1. <br />DATED this 4th day of June, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
