EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />-Contractor is responsible for all equipment, PPE, and personnel to implement the <br />activity. Labor quoted at WA prevailing wages; <br />- Any water that is required for this operation must be provided by the contractor. There <br />is no water available at the Ryegrass facility; <br />- Any electricity that is required for this operation at the lagoons must be provided by the <br />contractor. There is not a source of electricity at the lagoons. <br />-Complete the leak testing on ponds 1 through 5 as dictated by conditions and logistics. <br />Contractor to accommodate initiation of testing with approximately two week's -notice <br />consistent with the earliest date in the term of the work of 12 May 2019; <br />-Provide test results by pond including an illustration of location for any detected leaks, <br />and description and picture of leak (where feasible). Include a description of approach <br />method, and any other relevant information. Such illustrations and descriptions shall be <br />as detailed as reasonably possible with the goal of facilitating any actions needed for <br />repairs. Results from individual ponds tested may be compiled into a single report, <br />however the information shall be presented by pond individually; <br />-The contractor will not drive or move any equipment larger than human powered on the <br />lagoon liners. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
