BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO LODGING TAX <br />GRANT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT LT -2019-01. <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and Kittitas County <br />Chamber of Commerce had previously entered into a Lodging Tax Program Grant and <br />Professional Services Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties had inadvertently neglected to include a provision <br />regarding administration of the Micro Grant program in the Statement of the Work <br />included as part of that Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and the Chamber of <br />Commerce wish to correct that oversight, and <br />WHEREAS, amendment of LT -2019-01 to incorporate the corrected statement of <br />the work and budget will reflect the intent of the parties, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the <br />Agreement related to Grant LT -2019-01 is hereby adopted upon signature by the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />ADOPTED this day of <br />RESOLUTION <br />2019. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Vice -Chairman <br />Commissioner <br />
