I followed up with a phone call to Carol, to indicate my preference in the future to <br />review garbage and recycling plans as part of the whole application and during the Counties' <br />standard review time line. Further, I indicated that a pre -review increases the total time that I <br />have to spend on a review because I have to re -review the plan to ensure nothing has changed. <br />I understand Carol is trying to be proactive in the process, but that approach is not my <br />preference. <br />
