Staff and volunteers will have cell phone numbers and know what to do in the case of an <br />emergency by attending an event training session prior to the event. <br />All participants will fill out a registration form and pay the entry fee. They will abide by <br />the Washington Rules of the Road and wear approved bike helmets. They will read and <br />sign the Acknowledgement of Risk, Hold Harmless Agreement and Rules and Regulation <br />form.
