"Glare" means the effect produced by light with intensity sufficient to cause annoyance, discomfort, <br />or loss in visual performance and visibility. <br />2. "Operator" means the person responsible for the overall operation and management of a solar energy <br />project. <br />3. "Owner" means the person who owns all or a po1tion of a solar energy project. <br />4. "Perimeter" means the property lines for a lot, tract, or parcel that a Solar Power Production Facility <br />is located on. <br />5. "Photovoltaic" means materials and devices that absorb sunlight and convert it directly into <br />electricity.
