If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated, negotiations will be conducted with <br />the next best-rated proposer. This process will continue until a contract is negotiated or the <br />project is cancelled. <br />The schedule and format of the interviews and/or oral presentations will be provided at a later <br />date. All consultants will be informed in writing of the decision by the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />Kittitas County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
