Ordinance 2019-____ <br />May 7, 2019 <br /> <br />“KCC 17.61C.050 Permitting Requirements: <br />3. The placement or construction of an SPPF that would generate greater than 7 <br />megawatts in Solar Overlay Zone 3 shall require conditional use permit <br />approval.
