<br />Sheriff’s Department: recommendation of approval, noting <br />three Reserve Deputies will be assigned to the traffic control and <br />the recommendation that the organizers contact the Washington <br />State Patrol and the Department of Transportation for possible <br />signage warning of backups that may occur on the ramps, due to <br />traffic volume exiting. <br /> <br />Auditor’s Office: Need to apply for Admissions Tax Exemption <br />for 2019. <br /> <br />Contingent upon Insurance & Endorsements being provided and <br />approved by the County Prosecutor by no later than 5-17- <br />2019. <br /> <br />Approve the request for a waiver to KCC 5.20.100. <br /> <br />HANDLING: BOCC staff to send letter to applicant of the Board’s decision & <br />notify Departments of the outcome. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Special Event Application & Materials, receipt from Co.
