To respond, please update your service <br />request on CAMAS using the link below. <br />Request #45931 - Fellowship of Christian Athletes <br />Initial request: <br />Our office received a "new" Special Event application from Heidi Bright of Brightside Vintage <br />Farm to host the Fellowship of Christian Athletes "Night of Champions Event", to be held on <br />Saturday May 21, 2019. 1 will be placing this request on the May 7, 2019 Commissioner Agenda <br />for the Board's consideration. Please submit your departments recommendation to me no later <br />than April 30, 2019 by noon. If there are still outstanding issues, please indicate those in writing <br />as well. For specific questions regarding the event I would ask that you contact the applicant <br />directly. Judy, Please provide me any feedback you have regarding an exemption etc. Thank you <br />Latest update: <br />The certificate of insurance lists Brightside Vintage Farm LLC as the certificate holder. This <br />should list Kittitas County as the certificate holder. However, in the box above it says "Kittitas <br />County is primary, non-contributory additional insured as respects General Liability." So it's not <br />ideal, but it's probably good enough, particularly since the endorsement is actually the legally <br />binding document.
