Cook, Director <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Ryan Berge (Road Foreman) <br />CC: Candie Leader, Administrative Assistant <br />DATE: April 4, 2019 <br />SUBJECT: Fellowship of Christian Athletes Special Event Application <br />After review of the application and letters dated April 3, 2019 for the proposed <br />"Fellowship of Christian Athletes," I have found that the applicant has identified that this <br />event will not obstruct, interfere or require the closure and free use of public roads and <br />rights of way. <br />The application identifies that there is going to be a total of thirty to forty vehicles <br />attending this event. Applicant has stated that there will be no off-site parking on or in <br />the county rights of way. <br />Public Works recommends approval of this event based on these conditions being <br />upheld.
