BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -0 {fJ 'g <br />AMEND RESOLUTION 2018-223 TO INCLUDE "ADOBE ROAD" IN THE <br />DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF "PRIMITIVE ROADS" WITHIN THE <br />LANNIGAN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners recently established all <br />internal roadways serving Lannigan Springs Subdivision as public rights of way; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works now desires setting the discretionary maintenance for the Lannigan <br />Springs Subdivision roadway network; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners may establish roads as <br />"Primitive" pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 36.75.300; and <br />WHEREAS: Adobe Road was shown on the Exhibit attached to Resolution 2018-223 but not <br />listed on the referenced Resolution; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby amend Resolution 2018-223 to classify and designate: <br />"Adobe Road" as being "Primitive" pursuant to RCW 36.75.300. <br />DATED this 16th day of April, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />)~?-'clerk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik <br />D Deputy Clerk of the Board-Mandy Buchholz
