If awarded this contract, we will furnish a performance bond in the sum of $10,000 and <br />follow the additional requirements as set forth in the contract agreement. <br />Statement of qualifications: <br />The Daily Record meets all requirements for publication of legal notices as spelled out in <br />RCW 65.16.620. The newspaper is published Monday -Thursday and Saturday in English <br />and has a general circulation within Kittitas County. It has published in the county since <br />1909, and contains news of general interest.
