Event Sponsorship Agreement <br />Vicious Cycle Events henceforth known as "Company," and Northwest Tri & <br />Bike henceforth known as "Sponsor," enter into this agreement freely and <br />willingly on the 4th day of January 2019. <br />The covenants of this agreement are as follows: <br />The Event <br />Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship (details below) for Vicious Cycle Events <br />Inc. Gravel Fondo Series 2019, henceforth known as "Event." <br />The Sponsorship <br />Sponsor agrees to provide Company with <br />Y $1000 cash, no later than March 1, 2019 <br />Y 1 set of SES 4.5 AR Disc-ENVE ($2900 value) <br />« 1 2020 Cannondale Cujo 20 bike ($475 value) <br />Credit <br />In exchange for this sponsorship, Company agrees to make NW7I3 <br />"Presenting Sponsor" <br />I. Presenting sponsor's name will be named as "presented" by in the series title <br />2. Prominent banner locations at venues <br />3. Primary spot on webpage with link and logo <br />4. Social network and e -blasts <br />5. Primary spot on all printed media <br />6. Verbal recognition throughout events <br />7. Recognition during awards ceremony <br />8. Race updates <br />9.
