VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF LEASE <br />Th is Voluntary Termination of Lease is made and dated this 27th day of October, 1998, <br />by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipa l corporation, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Lessor, and MIDSTATE AVIATION, INC .• hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on February 2, 1993, a copy cf which is <br />attached r.ereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That the main hangar building co llapsed in the winter storm event of 1996/97 that was <br />a part of the lease. A new facility has been built and the configuration of the origina l lease has <br />been changed and the lease does not provide for the new facility . <br />That Lessee has applied to the county for a new lease .
