Deliverables: • Draft and Final Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application • Text and revised transportation figure for an updated Comprehensive Plan • Draft and Final Essential Public Facilities Application • Participation at second Predevelopment Conference • Participation at City Planning Commission's Public Hearing • Participation at City Council's Public Hearing Task 11: Public Involvement Public involvement tasks will continue to be performed by Envirolssues, as a subconsultant to Jacobs, to include public involvement communications/coordination, conduct tasks related to the public involvement plan, update the online platform and coordinate with the Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC). Deliverables • Communication call/meeting agendas and high-level summaries (up to 2) • Monthly progress reports and invoices (6 reports/invoices) • Preparation of one press release • Preparation of material to update the online website • Coordination and support for two (2) Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) briefings • One analytics report per 3-month period (up to 4 reports) • Website hosting for 12 months (March 2019-February 2020) • Two (2) PowerPoint Presentations presented at SWAC meetings Phase 5 Assumptions: • Services will begin in March 2019 and be completed within 12 months in March 2020. • Site is within the city of Ellensburg jurisdictional boundaries. • The flood hazard assessment and hydraulic analysis will follow the City's ordinance, Chapter 15.630, Frequently Flooded Areas. • The County will inform Jacobs of all known activities for the Transfer Station Master Plan because otherwise, the layout and boundary plat may need revision.
