Department of Aviation <br />Central Washington University <br />400 East University Way <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926-7480 <br />RE: Limited FBO Services at Bowers Field <br />Dear Mr. Nataraja: <br />The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has directed me to thank <br />Central <br />Washington University for responding to our recent solicitation for limited fixed base operator <br />services at Bowers Field. We are pleased to notice you of the Board's decision accepting your <br />proposal with the following deletions from the service package: <br />Removal of "Coordination of rental cars for pilots with are rental car providers'. <br />Provide and maintain a vending machine supporting pilot snacks available a minimum of <br />eight hours per day, six days per week. <br />The elimination of the two items listed above reduces Central's cost proposal to S30,500 per <br />year. The Board of County Commissioners has instructed me to prepare a lease amendment to <br />Central's lease with the County. The lease amendment will accept Central's proposed service <br />package as amended above and formalize an annual lease credit in the amount of 530,500 per <br />year until the end of the lease or as mutually amended in the future. <br />Sincerely. <br />Mark R.
