EXIIII31T 4 <br />(Form of Bill of Sale of Midstate Office /Alain Hangar Building) <br />BILL OF SALE <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of ten dollars (510.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, SIERRA ROMLO, LLC, a Washington limited liability company <br />("Seller"), does hereby sell, transfer and deliver to Central Washington University, a public <br />institution of the State of Washington (`Purchaser") all Seller's right, title and interest in and to <br />the personal property described as Tax Parcel 951461 (the "Vem Mitchell Building," also known <br />as the "Moe Building"), a 3,600 square foot building. Seller warrants to the Purchaser that Seller <br />is the lawful owner of the property and the property is free from all encumbrances.
