KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 19, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Sign the Lease Amendment Extending Central <br />Washington University Limited Fixed Base Operator <br />Services to December 31. 2019 <br />BACKGROUND: Central Washington University (CWU) Fixed Base <br />Operator services for ELN expire 03/31/2019. The Board <br />of County Commissioners authorized service extension <br />with Resolution 2018-227 terminating at midnight on <br />March 31, 2019. CWU contracting staff is requesting an <br />amendment to their existing lease formalizing the lease <br />amendment. Staff suggests extending to 12/31/2019 with <br />the ability to mutually cancel upon 30 day notice from the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Sign the lease amendment <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Lease Amendment with CWU <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
