Yes No <br />4. Public Roads — Only local area residents, fishermen, volunteers and course officials will be <br />permitted on State Highway 821 from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p,m. Passes will be available for those <br />who need access to the road during the race. The Department of Transportation is working with us <br />to notify trucks and other traffic of the closure. Spectators will be allowed to watch at the start, <br />Thrall Road "T" junction and at the finish area- Bicycles (other than media and aid support) will not <br />be allowed on the course.
