AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS HOUSING PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT This Amendment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2019, is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and HopeSource, Housing Authority of Kittitas County and Elmview, Washington nonprofit corporations ("Recipients"); for Housing Authority Supportive Services (HASS). The County and Recipients agree as follows: That the Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement (Grant Award HH-2018-001) ("Agreement") previously entered between the parties for the period ending December 31, 2018 is amended pursuant to Section. 10.8 of that Agreement. The purpose of this Amendment is to allow for the continuation of that Grant for the below described period . No additional sums are by this Amendment granted, obligated or otherwise promised. The balance of amount of the Grant provided by the original document remaining after allocation, approval or other obligation of the funds pursuant to the terms of the original Agreement is the sole fiscal obligation of the County. All terms, conditions, attachments, documents and exhibits as described in the original Grant are incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if set forth herein. The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2019, and continue until December 31, 2019, subject to completion prior to that date as a result of expending the remainder of the sum previously allocated unless continued past that date by further written agreement of the parties. Any party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph.
