Probab le construction cost for advertisement <br />Task 09 -Construction Support <br />Jacobs wi ll include engineering services during the bidding and construction phases of the project. Jacobs <br />will be responsible for interpreting contract plans and specifications and providing guidance to the <br />COUNTY as needed. <br />I. Construction Support <br />a.
