Amount Payable: $243,173 <br />Completion Date: 10/31/19 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017- <br />19ENV1 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order Amendment. <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County, Ellensburg. <br />Project Title: Fairview Road Culvert Replacement -Amendment 01, Add Roadway Engineering <br />Services and Reduce Structural Engineering. <br />Scope of Work: This Task Order Amendment is being provided to Kittitas County (COUNTY) at their <br />request. Summary of amended items are: <br />• Amend existing task 08 to add Roadway/Civil design to the Scope of Work . <br />• Add new Task 09 to cover RFI and construction support. <br />• Reduce KPFF Structural Engineering Scope of Work and Budget. <br />• Extend closing date of the Task Order to October 31 , 2019. <br />The original Scope of Work did not include design and engineering services for Civil and Roadway <br />design elements or engineering support during construction. The COUNTY has requested Jacobs deliver <br />final roadway design , including plans, specifications, estimate ( opinion of cost), and support during <br />construction for the Fairview Road Culvert Replacement Project.
