<br />1. If Buy Out Reimbursement is selected : The Buy-Out Reimbursemenl indicaled above .,;11 be paid directly to the designaled party by CSA upon inslallalion and tes ting of the Lisled Iiams and payment
<br />lo CSA (by you or by the Leasing Company} of the purchase price for the Listed Items . The Buy-Out Reimbursement wiD be paid for the sole purpose of reimbursement of earty te nn ination charges or fees
<br />and associated expenses payable for (a} early tenninalion of the lease of the Trade-in or Return Equipment or for other equipment being replaced by the Listed llems under the '°(Jreement, (b) refinancing
<br />the lease of other equipme nt or (c} preparation of the s~e for installation of Lisled Items . You acknowledge and agree that CSA's financial obligation is limited lo the Buy-Ou l Reimbursemen t amo unt , and
<br />that you are responsib le for any other obligations, including any charges v.tlich are not covered by the Buy-Oul Reimbuisemenl,
<br />2. If Trade -In Equipment or Return to Leu Ing Company Is selected : You hereby authorize CSA to pick up the Trade -in or Return Eq uipment listed above . You agree lo pay CSA's removal ch arges~.
