For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid Our best available information comes from the 2013 LTAC application for the 2014 <br />Overnight's Stay "Ye Olde County Faire" event, which was a renaissance/medieval faire comparable <br />Response * to our own format. <br />It was indicated that the 2013 event (the faire's 2nd year) had approximately 1800 <br />in gate attendance, of which about 80 spent the night either in a hotel or camping <br />away from home. <br />Out-of-town vendors, performers and other programming may be reasonably <br />expected to stay overnight, frequently in paid accommodations; a conservative <br />estimate of the total, plus out-of-town guests traveling to the event, allows us to <br />predict approximately 30 paid accommodations; more is possible if the event is <br />adequately provided for in entertainment, performers, amenities and promotion. <br />2500 character limit. <br />Prior Year Paid In addition to field above, you rrey upload the evidence to support the prior years' roorrnight inforrration. <br />Overnight Stay Data You rray upload up to three single pages (t)S Letter), of information.
