Application Questions: Part 2 <br />31 Measuring Results <br />What tools will you use to measure your event's impact on tourism? Please be specific and provide examples. Include the <br />following information: <br />A. Is your project/event year-round or is it seasonal or date -specific? Go to definitions of terms. <br />B. What strategies will you employ to assure you are attracting tourists from at least 50 miles away? <br />C. What strategies will you use to assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist destination with your <br />event/project funding request? <br />Response 3: What tools will you use to rreasure your event's impact on tourisrrf? Rease be specific and provide exarrples. <br />Measuring Results * We will continue to gather zip codes at the entrance but will have a plan in place to <br />ensure we ask the people we missed this year. More volunteers will be needed to <br />help with the increase in attendance. These are the results from phone calls made <br />to the local motels/hotels/lodges for the weekend of our event. As you can see, 19 <br />places with accommodations were called for occupancy rates.
