Include any plans for ticket
sales, event sponsors, and other cost -recovery models.
Future Plans* The creating of the program was the first step to the shifting of perception.
Competition in tourism has never been more aggressive, and it's critical that we
work on assisting new and experienced entrepreneurs to develop a thriving tourism
business sector. Now that we have the materials created and we can move forward
with implementation, our hopes are still that we see the increase in tourism, not
online in accommodations but throughout all visitor spending. Then the tourism
framework of this program will renew the partnership between the public and
private sectors to ultimately drive more economic development across the county. It
is a shared responsibility to develop and secure sustainable growth.
We will be looking for partnerships now that we have developed the product and
would love to have support from organizations or financial institutes to help build
other entrepreneurs into successful business owners.
We do feel that now that we have the collateral and backbone of the program and
with your support to implement we will be able to continue for years to come with
minimal requests in the future.
2500 character limit
Application Questions: Part 4
61 Additional Information
Provide any additional information which will assist the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in evaluating your
project and its benefit to tourism.
Additional Information 2500 character lirrit
